  • 4 boxes Jiffy corn bread mix or 2 large cans Marie Callendar corn bread mix
  • 1 small can diced chilies
  • 2 large cans creamed corn
  • 1 egg (per box of mix)
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • enough milk to make mix consistent of pancake mix

Directions

    Mix all ingredients.

    Grease a pan.

    Fold in mix.

    Bake at 350° until center is done.

    (Depending on how many boxes you use, delete or add creamed corn and chilies.)
