- 4 boxes Jiffy corn bread mix or 2 large cans Marie Callendar corn bread mix
- 1 small can diced chilies
- 2 large cans creamed corn
- 1 egg (per box of mix)
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- enough milk to make mix consistent of pancake mix
Directions

1Mix all ingredients.

2Grease a pan.

3Fold in mix.

4Bake at 350° until center is done.
