- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 1 (8 3/4 oz.) can creamed corn
- 1/3 c. onion, chopped finely
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
- 1/2 c. chopped Cheddar cheese
Directions

1In mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients.

2Mix rest of ingredients; add to dry and stir just to mix.

3Pour into 9-inch square pan or 16-inch skillet.
