- 1 c. yellow corn meal
- 2 eggs
- 1 small can yellow corn (cream-style)
- 2 c. sharp cheese, shredded
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 1 can green chilies
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except cheese and chilies; pour half of mix in greased baking pan.

2Spread 1 cup of cheese on top. Spread 1 layer of chilies on cheese.

3Spread remaining cheese over chilies.

4Cover with remaining batter.

5Bake at 450° for 25 to 30 minutes.

6Cool before cutting.
