  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 c. cream-style corn
  • 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 3 jalapeno peppers, mashed
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs

    Put 1/2 of cheese in batter and 1/2 on top.
