  • 3 c. self-rising corn meal
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. whole milk
  • 1/2 c. cooking oil
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. crumbled bacon
  • 1 c. creamed corn
  • 1/4 c. jalapeno peppers, chopped
  • 1/4 c. pimiento peppers, chopped
