  • 1 c. cream-style corn
  • 2/3 c. oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 jalapeno peppers, washed, seeded and minced
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 1 c. grated sharp cheese
