  • 1 lb. sausage (bulk)
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • salt
  • 8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 6 slices bread, toasted and crumbled

    Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Brown sausage; cool and drain.

    Beat eggs.

    Add milk, salt, cheese and mustard.

    Beat again.

    Add crumbled toast and sausage and stir.

    Pour into pan and refrigerate overnight.

    Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
