- 3 c. corn meal (self-rising)
- 1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese (sharp)
- 1 (12 oz.) can Green Giant Mexicorn
- chopped jalapeno peppers to taste
- chopped onion (large)
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 3 large eggs
- oil
- milk
Directions

1Mix eggs, oil, sour cream and corn; add peppers and onion. Stir in meal gradually adding milk for desired thickness, then add cheese, mixing thoroughly.

2Bake in preheated oven at 350° until golden brown.
