- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cups self-rising cornmeal
- 1 cup creamed corn
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 large green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
Directions
