  • 1 c. corn meal (yellow)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
  • 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies

Directions

    Combine first 4 ingredients.

    Mix eggs, milk, oil and corn. Add cheese and chilies.

    Mix dry and liquid together.

    Bake in square cake pan at 350° for about 30 to 45 minutes.
