  • 1 c. self-rising corn meal
  • 1/2 c. cream-style corn
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. diced onion
  • 1 c. diced Longhorn cheese
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 sweet pepper, diced
  • 1 c. sweet milk
