  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/2 green hot peppers, chopped
  • 1 can regular size cream-style corn
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. cooking oil
  • 3/4 c. milk

Directions

    Mix ingredients together and bake in oven at 475° until golden brown, about 30 minutes.
