  • 1 c. cornmeal mix
  • 8 oz. can creamed corn
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. grated cheese
  • 1 (4 oz.) can green chili peppers (optional)
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 3/4 c. milk

Directions

    Melt margarine in large iron skillet at 400°.

    Mix all other ingredients in bowl.

    Add melted margarine, leaving 2 tablespoons in pan.

    Stir all together and pour into pan.

    Bake approximately 40 minutes.
