- 1 c. cornmeal mix
- 8 oz. can creamed corn
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. grated cheese
- 1 (4 oz.) can green chili peppers (optional)
- 1 stick margarine
- 3/4 c. milk
Directions

1Melt margarine in large iron skillet at 400°.

2Mix all other ingredients in bowl.

3Add melted margarine, leaving 2 tablespoons in pan.

4Stir all together and pour into pan.

5Bake approximately 40 minutes.
