- 2 slices bacon, cut into small pieces
- 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 3 Tbsp. chopped celery
- 3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 c. whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 c. cooked tomatoes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook bacon until crisp.

2Cook onions, celery and peppers in butter until tender.

3Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased casserole dish.

4Bake in moderate oven at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
