  • 2 slices bacon, cut into small pieces
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped celery
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 2 c. whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 c. cooked tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

    Cook bacon until crisp.

    Cook onions, celery and peppers in butter until tender.

    Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased casserole dish.

    Bake in moderate oven at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
