- 1 (1 lb.) can cream style corn
- 1 c. biscuit mix
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 (4 oz.) can green chiles, sliced
- 1/2 lb. Jack cheese, thinly sliced
Directions

1Combine corn, biscuit mix, egg, butter and milk.

2Mix well. Turn one half the butter into a well greased 8 x 8-inch glass baking dish.

3Cover with chiles, then cheese slices.

4Spread remaining dough over cheese.

5Bake at 400° for 35 minutes or until browned.

6Serve hot.
