  • 1 (1 lb.) can cream style corn
  • 1 c. biscuit mix
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 (4 oz.) can green chiles, sliced
  • 1/2 lb. Jack cheese, thinly sliced

Directions

    Combine corn, biscuit mix, egg, butter and milk.

    Mix well. Turn one half the butter into a well greased 8 x 8-inch glass baking dish.

    Cover with chiles, then cheese slices.

    Spread remaining dough over cheese.

    Bake at 400° for 35 minutes or until browned.

    Serve hot.
