  • 1 can (4 Oz. Can) Chopped Green Chiles, Drained
  • 5 whole Green Onions (not 5 Bunches By The Way)
  • 2 whole Jalapenos, Chopped, Seeds Removed
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions
