- 1 can cream-style corn
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 small can chopped chillies, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 c. cornmeal
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- dash of Tabasco
- dash of cayenne pepper
Directions

1Combine all ingredients and place in an 8 x 8-inch pan.
