  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 chili peppers
  • 1 large can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3/4 c. oil
