- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 3/4 c. cornmeal
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 3/4 c. green chilies
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. corn
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Grease a 9-inch square baking pan.

3Mix together first 5 ingredients; set aside.

4Combine milk, sour cream, oil, egg, chilies, cheese and corn.

5Stir into dry ingredients until barely moistened.

6Spoon into prepared pan and bake 30 minutes.

7Serve warm.
