- 1 c. cream style corn
- 1 1/2 c. cornmeal
- 3 tbsp. baking powder
- 3 tbsp. bell pepper, chopped
- 2/3 c. cooking oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 jalapeno pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. green onion, chopped
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. cheese, grated
Directions

1Mix salt, corn, cornmeal, baking powder, bell pepper, cooking oil, eggs, jalapeno pepper, green onion, and sour cream.

2Pour half of the batter in the pan and sprinkle with half of the cheese.

3Pour the rest of the batter into the pan and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

4Bake at 350° for about 1 hour.
