  • 3 c. cornmeal (self-rising)
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 medium can cream-style corn
  • 1 or 2 pods hot pepper
  • 2 c. sweet milk (add a little more if needed)

Directions
