- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 (4 oz.) can green chili peppers, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions

1Combine corn and Jiffy mix well.

2Pour half of batter into 9 x 9 x 2-inch greased pan.

3Sprinkle peppers and half of cheese over batter.

4Pour on remaining batter and top with cheese.

5Bake at 400° for 45 minutes.
