- 1 1/2 lb Caramels
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 Black food coloring
- 10 Gala apples (or whatever apple you prefer)
Directions

1Unwrap caramels and melt them in a double boiler.

2Stir occasionally.

3Add milk and food coloring once caramel is melted then stir.

4Put sticks in apples and then dip apples in caramel.

5Remove excess caramel from the bottom of apple.

6Decorate apples any way you want.

7Then refrigerate apples while caramel sets up.
