  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. milk or enough to make moist
  • 1 c. cream-style corn
  • 1 or 2 hot peppers, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
