- 1 c. margarine
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chili peppers
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1/2 c. grated Jack cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Tillamook or any sharp cheese
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. yellow cornmeal
Directions

1Cream the margarine and sugar.

2Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well.

3Add chopped peppers, corn, cheese and salt; mix well.

4Sift together the flour, cornmeal and baking powder.

5Add to mixture.

6Pour into greased and floured oblong cake pan (9 x 13 x 3-inch).

7Preheat oven to 350°.

8Reduce heat to 300°.

9Bake for 1 hour.
