  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. cornmeal
  • 1 c. sweet milk
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 5 or 6 jalapeno peppers, chopped
  • 1/2 lb. cheese, grated
  • 1 can cream-style corn

    Mix first 7 ingredients together and add grated cheese and cream-style corn.
