- 1 c. yellow cornmeal
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 (No. 303) can creamed corn
- 1 lb. ground meat, sauteed and drained
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1/2 lb. sharp cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2 canned jalapeno peppers, diced
Directions

1Place large, heavy skillet in the oven with some grease or oil or shortening.

2Mix all ingredients.

3When grease in skillet is very hot, pour in mixture.

4Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
