  • 2 Tbsp. sefl-rising flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 sm. can cream style corn
  • 1 med. onion, chopped
  • 2-3 hot peppers, chopped
  • 1/4 c. cooking oil
  • 1/2 lb. grated cheese
  • sm. jar pimentoes, chopped and drained
  • milk, enough to mix

Directions

    Stir all ingredients together. Preheat oven to 450°. Spoon batter into muffin pans. Bake until brown on top.
