- green chiles
- 1 c. corn meal
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- jalapeno peppers (optional)
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
Directions

1Saute ground beef, onion, cumin and green chiles in heavy skillet; drain.

2Mix remaining ingredients together.

3Spoon half batter in greased casserole.
