  • 1 c. cream-style corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 c. oil
  • 2 to 3 pods jalapeno peppers, chopped
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. green peppers, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
