- 2 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
- 1 large can cream-style corn
- 8 to 10 oz. grated cheese
- 1 onion
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 can jalapeno relish
- 3 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Mix Mexican cornbread mix according to directions on the package.

2Put onion, garlic powder and jalapeno relish in blender. Puree.

3Add to cornbread mixture.

4Then add cream-style corn and add cheese last.

5Put oil in pan and heat in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

6Heat to 425°.

7Add cornbread mixture to pan and bake for 45 minutes.
