- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup white sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 15 oz. can cream style corn
- 1/2 4 oz. can chopped green chili peppers (drained)
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup yellow corn meal
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 300.

2Lightly grease a 9 X 13 baking dish.

3In a large bowl, beat together butter and sugar, add eggs one at a time.

4Add flour, cornmeal, baking powder and salt.

5Add remaining ingredients and pour into prepared baking dish.

6Bake for 1 hour at 300.
