- 2 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
- 1 c. (small can) cream-style corn
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 2/3 c. salad oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. grated sharp cheese
- few shakes garlic powder
Directions

1Mix together everything, but the cheese.

2Pour half of the mixture in a well-greased, hot skillet (iron pan is best). Sprinkle 1/2 cheese on top of this mixture.

3Pour rest of combined mix on top of this and then sprinkle rest of cheese on top.

4Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
