  • 2 c. corn meal
  • 1 egg
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can green chilies, chopped
  • 1/2 c. oil

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together (cut cream cheese in tiny pieces when mixing).

    Pour in greased iron skillet.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until brown.
