  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • enough milk to mix
  • 1 small bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 4 jalapenos, chopped
  • 1 pkg. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 small can whole kernel corn, drained
