- 2 c. corn meal
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 1/2 c. sweet milk
- 1/2 bacon drippings
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 can green chili peppers, chopped fine
Directions

1Mix together meal, salt, soda, milk, corn, cheese and peppers. Pour hot bacon grease in bottom of pan.

2Pour batter into pan (iron skillet is best).

3Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
