- 3/4 c. buttermilk
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. cream style corn
Directions

1Mix above ingredients into a batter.

2Pour 1/2 into greased bread pan.

3Layer 1 cup grated cheddar cheese and 1/4 cup chopped Italian peppers over batter.

4Add rest of batter and bake at 300° for 35 minutes.

5Let cool in pan 10 minutes before removing.
