  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 can whole corn
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 jar Trappey's jalapeno peppers
  • 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 3 boxes Martha White cornbread mix

Directions

    Brown hamburger.

    Chop and mix in onions, peppers and corn. Pour mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Slice cheese and cover mixture.

    Mix cornbread mix and pour over mixture and cheese.

    Bake in oven at 425° for 25 minutes (until cornbread has browned).
