- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 can whole corn
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 jar Trappey's jalapeno peppers
- 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 3 boxes Martha White cornbread mix
Directions

1Brown hamburger.

2Chop and mix in onions, peppers and corn. Pour mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Slice cheese and cover mixture.

4Mix cornbread mix and pour over mixture and cheese.

5Bake in oven at 425° for 25 minutes (until cornbread has browned).
