  • 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. meal
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2/3 c. oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 hot peppers
  • 1 onion

    Mix everything, except cheese; pour 1/2 of batter in pan.
