  • 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 c. whole kernel corn
  • 3 to 4 hot peppers, chopped

    Heat oven to 350°. Grease square pan (8 x 8-inch or iron skillet). I use Pam spray. In small bowl, blend ingredients. Pour into prepared pan and bake about 25 minutes.
