- 1 can diced Rotel
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 cup corn meal mix
- 1 cup milk
Directions

1Mix all ingredients above together.

2Get out your cast iron skillet and spray real well with Pam spray.

3Turn the oven on or preheat at 400°.

4Pour your ingredients into the cast iron skillet and cook for about 1 hour.

5Let set for 30 minutes.
