- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 c. cornmeal
- 1 c. cream-style corn
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 large hot pepper (use more or less as you prefer)
- 1/2 pod sweet bell pepper
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 c. grated sharp cheese
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together except cheese.

2Spray 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking

3pan with Pam.

4Pour batter into pan.

5Top with cheese.

6Bake at 375° for about 30 minutes or until cheese is browned.

7Bread will be very moist.
