  • 1 c. cream-style corn (yellow)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1/2 c. cooking oil
  • 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped fine

Directions
