- 1 c. cream-style corn
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 small can chopped chilies
Directions

1Mix cornmeal, eggs, buttermilk, oil and cream-style corn. Pour half of batter into hot greased skillet and sprinkle 2 cups grated Cheddar cheese and 1 small can chopped chilies over mixture; cover with remaining batter. Bake at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes.
