  • 3 eggs
  • 1 2/3 c. milk
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 5 hot peppers
  • 1 large onion, chopped fine
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Longhorn cheese
