  • Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • slice cheese

Directions

    Grease 9 x 9-inch pan. Mix ingredients. Pour 1/2 mixture in the pan. Put cheese on top.
