- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 2/3 c. oil
- 1/2 c. green chilies
- 1 to 2 chopped jalapeno peppers (optional)
- 1 c. creamed corn
- 1 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except cheese.

2Pour 1/2 batter into greased pan.

3Sprinkle with cheese and pour remaining batter in pan.

4Bake at 450° for 25 to 30 minutes.
