- 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
- 1 can Niblets corn
- 1 large onion, chopped
Directions

1Mix cornmeal, salt, baking powder, oil, milk, eggs, grated cheese, corn and chopped onion.

2Pour into large skillet.
