- 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 can cream-style corn (8 3/4 oz.)
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
