- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. flour
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 16 oz. creamed corn
- 1/4 c. fresh red peppers
- 4 oz. green chillies
- 1/2 c. shredded Jack
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. yellow corn meal
- 1/2 c. (5) jalapeno
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Cream butter and sugar.

3Add eggs. Beat well.

4Blend in corn, peppers, chillies and cheeses.

5Sift flour, baking powder, salt and corn meal; blend into mixture. Stir in jalapeno.

6Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch or 8 x 10-inch pan.

7Lower heat to 300°.

8Bake 1 hour.
